Martyn had the idea and vision to incorporate the glazed feature window into the existing roof to offer a feature and much needed additional natural light into the new kitchen design, really pleased, would not hesitate to recommend him!

We’ve engaged a few architects over the years but Martyn has been the best! He was very professional, knowledgeable and took plenty of time to help us work up our ideas and reshape them. He had excellent 3D modelling and drone footage of the site to shape a realistic overview - this was a great way of verifying the design. He was also very thorough and detailed - his designs were so good our builders and other trades have been able to follow them easily reducing the risk of errors / confusion etc. He was also very thorough on his due diligence and even picked up an issue that needed sorting in the build that we weren’t aware of. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Martyn has been such a pleasure to work with on stage 1 of our extension design, his attention to detail is brilliant, he puts a lot of thought into how the build can use as many of the existing services as possible to minimise build cost whist still creating a beautiful, practical design. He has real passion and excitement about what he does and the process of working with him with him to get the designs perfect for us has been great. To then see the final designs with the VR headset really makes the experience, and shows you the reality of the space you're looking to create - the final designs are stunning

We worked with MJ Design Architectural Services Ltd on a rear kitchen diner extension. The design and service we received has been exceptional. Martyn’s design blew us away and was so much better than we ever imagined, but it has also been Martyn’s approach and way of working, attention to detail and his advice that we have been so impressed with he really goes that extra mile. We can’t wait to see the design come to life and we know our project will be all the more wow because of Martyn’s skills and experience. Worth every penny. We were fortunate to be recommended Martyn by a family member. We had been looking for an architect to help with a garage conversion and redesign of our home. Quite frankly Martyn was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was very personable throughout and was able to design exactly what we had been hoping for. His communication was outstanding and he was always there to listen with any concerns or worries we may have and was able to explain his design and thought process clearly in a way my husband and I could understand. His knowledge of the planning process and procedures was excellent and he made what could have been a stressful process enjoyable. We will certainly miss his hilarious stories and the virtual reality experience too. We would highly recommend!
